Removed custom environment for proofs

Our environment had the QED symbol positioned on an extra line,
which does not look well. After some deliberaiton, I found nothing
wrong with amsthm's proof environment.

English version: Revive proof environment

Originally, it was commented out, since it collided with the built-in
proof environment. Renamed it to "myproof" instead.

Jako značku konce důkazu používáme \qedsymbol místo \square

Jsou ekvivalentní, ale v MikTeXu má font se \square rozbité unicodové
tabulky, takže nevznikne korektní PDF/A.
