A partial build system

Compiles everything except for libshxml.
Makefile [new file with mode: 0644] blob
README [new file with mode: 0644] blob
configure [new file with mode: 0755] blob
default.cfg [new file with mode: 0644] blob
shxml/Makefile diff | blob | history
UCW libraries
