   3 If you think that some information in the list is wrong, you know better or you want to say something about some item,
   4 you can enter a discussion comment.
   5 Browse to the item and click the <a href='$AC_URL$newhistory'>discuss</a> link.

   7 If you do not want to change the name nor the note, enter only the text of the
   8 discussion item.
   9 If you want to change the name, enter the new version and attach a comment
  10 explaining the reason for the change.
  11 If you want to change only the note, please enter it with the same name as before.
